Voting for the "Wide and Close" Assignment
« on: August 10, 2009, 01:37:08 PM »
Please vote for your favorite image from the "Wide and Close" assignment for the "People's Choice" award.  The objective of this assignment was to encourage participants to get as close as possible to the "near" element in their compositions in order to emphasize the perception of depth in the scene.  I recommended using their widest angle lens to compose their images, and getting as close as possible to the "near" element in the scene while still keeping the farthest objects in the scene within the depth of field for the selected lens and aperture.

To vote for an image, simply select the image title in the "poll" attached at the top of this thread, and click "submit vote."  NOTE:  You need to be logged in to see the voting options.  Voting will end at midnight, Mountain Time (GMT-07:00) on Sunday, 16 August 2009.
