The weekly assignment for 29 December 2008 through 4 January 2009 is "Resolution." Many of us have grown up with the concept of "New Year's Resolutions," in other words, we resolve (make a firm decision) to change or improve something in our lives in the coming year. This week's assignment is to compose an image that symbolizes or portrays your "resolution." Remember, photography is, above all else, a means to communicate. Compose your image to communicate your resolution. An effective image should enable viewers to understand your message without having to resort to reading the image title.
