Introduction

This section is composed of two parts.  Part I addresses concepts that you need to understand in order to get optimum results from your digital camera, and primarily covers the “in camera” portion of digital photography.  Part II is titled “From Camera to Print” and addresses concepts that you should understand in order to effectively “post process” your images, with emphasis on selecting the appropriate settings in your raw conversion software, and using Photoshop’s Unsharp Mask filter to prepare your images for display and printing.  Enjoy.
