MetallicaThis photo was quite heavily edited to create a free flowing effect as can be seen from the original. I rotated, cropped, desaturated, changed the background, distorted the metallic material, played with the exposure, lighting and hue. Took a long time to complete.

Blue Water LilyAt the entrance to Mercer Arboretum northeast of Houston is a fountain with several varieties of water lilies growing in the pool below. I was fascinated by the center color of this particular waterlily. It looked like liquid gold.

The Light WithinHad my model inside a huge cardboard box with holes punched in it and placed the box in front of the setting sun. Also used a smoke machine to diffuse the light even more.

Through the WoodsWaterfall Creek near Crested Butte, CO - really did not need a slow shutter speed to blur this water - unbelievable flow this spring. I liked the shaft of light; however, I realized I blew one patch of the waterfall - still like the light.

UFO or not?Keith, take a look at this picture. There is an object in the sky just to the left of the 3 big trees and I do not knoe what it is. I checked the photos around when this shot was taken and there was nothing there. Let me know what you think. Is it a plane or a UIFO?
