Airborne DeerCatching air near Council Grove Reservoir, Kansas - photographed with a Nikon 70-200 f2.8 VR. I bought it used from a friend and was trying it out one the way home from picking it up. I think I'll keep it.
Who needs Yellowstone?!I was really bummed not being able to go to Yellowstone this year, then I took a walk around Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and found these guys playing!! Still miss Yellowstone....maybe next year!!! :)
TAG!!I spent 2 days "feeding" the birds trying to get a good pic. These guys would gather by the droves when I would step away, as soon as I returned they would scatter and it would be several minutes before they would start coming back. All-in-all it was a BLAST!
