HoveringI believe these flowers are called Indian Blankets. We had to travel up to the mountains to find any wildflowers and the ones we found were starting to decline.....

Grass Flowers at SunsetGrass heads are not often thought of as wildflowers, but they do create tiny distinctive blossoms. That isn't the setting sun, as such, but as its beam moves through the lens it picks up the shape of the aperture to create the same effect.
