New Nikkor Macro lens AF-S DX Micro-Nikkor 40mm 1:2.8

I wonder if anybody has already used this new, compact and relatively cheap makro lens. For travelling it seems much more compact and lighter than th 105 mm or the 85 mm.

Here's a decent review of the lens:  http://nikonrumors.com/2011/09/15/nikon-af-s-micro-nikkor-40mm-f2-8g-dx-lens-review-by-cary-jordan.aspx/  It seems well regarded, as long as you are aware of some of its limitations.  (Very close working distance, and bokeh isn't quite as pleasing as some of the more expensive lenses with 9-blade aperture diaphragms.)
