Hi, I'm Mark from Cincinnati, Ohio. I've been looking for a site dedicated to improving photographic skills.

My feeling is it's always the right time to expand one's horizons.

Welcome!  I hope you can join us in our weekly assignments.  Over time, we will cover many of the skills required for great photography.  Even if you are an experienced photographer, the practice and reinforcement of skills always helps.  And we could always use more feedback from experienced photographers on the images that are submitted.

Please feel free to ask questions and join in the discussions in the forums, and post images in the Gallery.

I'll look forward to seeing some of your images and talking with you in the forums.
