The weekly assignment for the week of 13 - 19 October is "Serenity." (Something Rebecca and I will need a lot of as we struggle over the next three weeks to complete several remodeling projects on our house in Wichita.)
The assignment is to compose an image that evokes a feeling of serenity in the viewer. Don't forget to use the effects of color as we discussed in the "Color" assignment, as well as compositional techniques such as the use of symmetry and balance to reinforce a feeling of tranquility and "serenity." Please post your images in the "Serenity" album in the Weekly Assignments category of the Gallery no later than midnight, Mountain Time (GMT - 07:00) on Sunday, 19 October 2008.
