Several things conspired against the submissions for the "Wind" assignment. First, the weather was absolutely beautiful for most of the week, with very little wind. Second, I goofed and forgot to set the permissions on the album correctly, so nobody could upload images until Rick called me on Sunday afternoon. I apologize for the frustration this might have caused anybody trying to upload images.
I'm going to declare Rick's excellent Flag in the Wind image the winner for this week.

Flag in the Wind
Rick's choice of 1/30th of a second was perfect for this image, capturing the motion of the wind moving the flag while keeping parts of the image crisp. Excellent job Rick!
I was the only other person to successfully post in the "Wind" assignment album, and since I didn't get out early enough in the week when it was windy, I had to create my own wind for this shot.

Next week's assignment is an "easy" one, so I hope more people participate.
