Voting for the "Competition" Weekly Photography Assignment

Please vote for your favorite image from the "Competition" assignment for the "People's Choice" award.  The guidelines for this assignment were to compose an image of a competition, striving to convey the emotion of the competition in your images.

To vote for an image, simply select the image title in the "poll" attached at the top of this thread, and click "submit vote."  NOTE:  You need to be logged in to see the voting options.  Voting will end at midnight, Mountain Time (GMT-07:00) on Sunday, 27 September 2009.

I voted for One on One.  It clearly conveyed the emotion of the competition.  One player in the process of a drive and the other with the determined look of "You're NOT getting by me!". This image also captures the act of competing--opposition, conflict, struggle, contention--all synonyms for competition.

Carolyn,

Very good observations.  It will be hard to pick a "favorite" from this assignment.  (Right now we have an eight-way tie for "favorite.")
